At this time, open enrollment dates only apply to Unions that have had successful negotiations

1. Do I need to enroll?

If you do not re-enroll during this enrollment period your current healthcare will continue but your flexible benefits will terminate December 31, 2015. Therefore, to continue your participation in flexible benefits, you must re-enroll during this enrollment period.

 

2. What is the Open Enrollment Period?

This is the period of time determined by your employer, during which you are allowed to make any changes to your current benefits.

 

3. What changes can I make during this enrollment period?

You could change your current medical plan, add an eligible dependent or delete a currently covered dependent.

 

4. How do I enroll?

This year, your open enrollment will take place on paper. You must request, complete and return the form by December 2, 2015.
