Important Note:

The following M-DCPS groups may enroll online:

  • Full-time employees
  • Part-time Food Service (AFSCME) employees
  • Leave employees

 

All other group must enroll via paper enrollment form.

 

How to submit a HEAT ticket:

  1. Go to http://selfservice.dadeschools.net
  2. Select “Ask ITS a question” from the drop down list.
  3. Type the word “Benefits” in the Contact name box.
