You may select from two Cigna healthcare plans. Dependents must be covered under the same plan as the employee.

 

The healthcare plans are:

•Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) 20

•Cigna LocalPlus Plan

 

Any employee who covers a spouse or domestic partner will be required to disclose the dependent's access to the group healthcare from their employer. Employees covering a spouse or domestic partner may be required to pay an additional surcharge.  During the online enrollment, an Affidavit will be available and you will be given the opportunity to verify the status of your dependent's group coverage.

 

Employees represented by the AFSCME Union and enrolled in a healthcare plan will receive an annual flex credit of $115. The flex credit will be added to the employees' gross income and paid through the payroll system based on the number of payroll checks the employee receives.

 

10-month employees (20 paychecks) - $5.75

 

11-month employees (24 paychecks) - $4.79

 

12-month employees (26 paychecks) - $4.42
